At the International Stay Center (C.I.S.) we have reserved 108 spots from Friday evening to Thursday morning, in double rooms: 40 in “comfort” rooms (with private bathrooms) and 68 in “eco” rooms (with shared toilets). These rooms are allocated to the ‘hard’ and ‘medium’ groups, who will not use them on Monday and Tuesday nights.
16 additional places, in 4 apartments of 4 people, are also reserved for those who would like to register only from Friday evening to Sunday.
Sheets are provided, but towels are not. Meals are prepared on-site using organic and local ingredients. A bar will be open daily from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Accommodation includes full board, with a picnic lunch provided for the following day (except for the night of Wednesday, July 1, which is half-board).
A swimming pool, currently under renovation, is expected to be accessible during your stay.
Pets are not allowed at the C.I.S. (and are also prohibited in the Vanoise National Park).
In the mountain shelters, participants must pay for half-board and any additional expenses directly. Group rates for half-board range from €46 to €64, depending on the shelter. The picnic on Monday 29th will be provided by the C.I.S. Those of Tuesday and Wednesday can be provided by the shelters or taken away by the participants (local shops are accessible from the center).
