Monday 29/06 : From Bellecombe to Refuge de la Femma
- Departure: Bellecombe parking on D126 above Termignon (carpooling 18 km from the CIS)
- Start on the GR “Tour de la Haute Maurienne”, then trail up to the Col de Lanserlia (2791m)
- Descent by a trail in the valley of Fontalbert to the valley of the Rocheure: around 2400m, we find the classic access to the refuge of the Femma.

Tuesday 30/06 : From refuge de la Femma to col de la Vanoise
- Descent on the path in the valley of the Rocheure by crossing the torrent on the bridge of the chalet of the Rocheure and at the bridge of the Renaudière, before climbing to the refuge of Entre Deux Eaux.
- At the Pont de Croé Vie, climbed by the GR55 to the Mollard plateau of La Loza and Col de la Vanoise.

Wednesday 1/07 : From Col de la Vanoise to Bellecombe
- From Col de la Vanoise, descent to Entre Deux Eaux (torrents of the Leisse and the Rocheure) by the balcony trail of the Voutes du Clapier Blanc.
- GR5 to the Plan du Lac refuge (“Gate of the Park”), then trail to the Bellecombe parking by Lac aux Limnées and Lac de Bellecombe.
