Monday 29/06 : From Bonneval sur Arc to Refuge du Carro by the lake of Pys
- Departure: Tralenta parking at Bonneval sur Arc (carpooling 22 km from the CIS)
- Warm-up trail to the Ecot
- Ascent from Le Mollard to Le Saut up to Les Reys and the balcony trail of the GR de Pays.
- After a stop at Lake of Pys, we follow the balcony trail to the Carro refuge..

Tuesday 30/06 : Refuge des Evettes by the gorges of Reculaz
- To avoid glacial or snowy routes, descend to the hamlet of La Duis as far as L’Ecot.
- Then, ascend to the Refuge des Evettes via the “Sentier à John” in the Reculaz Gorges (2 cabled sections).

Wednesday 1/07 : Lower Glacier of Vallonet and return to Bonneval
- We leave again on the GR “Tour de la Haute Maurienne” in balcony until the valley of Vallonet.
- Off-trail, we go up between prairie and old moraines along the stream of Vallonet to reach the cave (2351m) located at the foot of the lower glacier of Vallonnet dominated by the Pic Régaud.
- And finally back to Bonneval to complete the trek.
