For hikes and treks :
- Good hiking shoes, sneakers or tennis excluded.
- Clothes for rain, wind and cold (rain cape, windbreaker, warm sweater, gloves and headgear)
- Sunglasses and sunscreen
- Walking sticks according to each person’s habits. Very recommended for the possible snowfields.
For accommodation at the C.I.S.:
- Necessary and bathroom linen.
- Cutlery and an airtight box for picnics, a reusable glass and one or two bottles: to preserve the planet, we asked CIS to ban disposable plastic boxes and water bottles for picnics.
For shelters:
- Sheet bag with pillowcase (blankets or duvets will be available as well as pillows, sheets bag will be sold to you if you don’t have any)
- For FFCam shelters: your Club Alpin card, if you are a member (additional discount)
- The payment will be made by everyone. In most cases, bank cards will not be accepted, provide for cash and checks.
For leisure activities other: swimsuits and towels
