Monday 29/06 : From l’Ilaz to refuge du Vallonbrun
- Departure: Bus stop from the Camping de l’Ilaz to Bessans (Car region S52-S53 at “Pont du Folgoët”).
- Paths along the Arc, then GR5 to the Collet, above the Col de la Madeleine.
- Ascent by the Mollard and the Prés de l’Ane trail.
- By “la Grande Côte” we arrive at the chapel of St-Antoine and the refuge.

Tuesday 30/06 : Round trip to la Pierre aux Pieds
- Departure on the GR5: panoramic and balcony hike in the mountain pastures..
- the Pierre aux Pieds trail leaves at about 2380m to climb up to this enigmatic stone engraved with approximately 80 pairs of feet, nearly 4000 years ago.
- Return by Le Grand Coin and La Fesse d’en bas.. (!
Wednesday 1/07 : Lac de Chélou and return to Lanslebourg.
- Round trip to Lake Chélou.
- Then descent by the trail under the Rochers de la Fesse to the Chapelle St Laurent.
- Return to the C.I.S. by Adroit then Envers de Lanslevillard.
